Welcome to cotton-trend-nightwear.co.uk. we sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions.
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that despatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed despatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and cotton-trend-nightwear.co.uk for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s).
Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as practical and in any case within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value.
